I am interested in:

A sample model
A quote for software
A quote for modeling services by ThermoAnalytics' research engineers

Description of general needs

To help your business determine if purchasing software or contracting is more economical, please select from the following:

We are interested in simulation:
For a single project only
One project per year
One project each quarter
One project each month
One project each week
Other (enter below):

Description of overall modeling requirements:

Please describe the type of system you need to model and the purpose of the modeling. For example, "We develop electronics enclosures and need to determine appropriate cooling methods for various types of plastic housings."

Geometry:

Describe your system or components that you wish to model. The better our research engineers can "see" your project, the more accurate information we can provide. See CAD Info below. Feel free to e-mail us photos, sketches or other documentation after you complete this form.

CAD Geometry:

To prepare a sample model or quote for a formal modeling work, meshed geometry needs to be created or imported from existing CAD geometry. Is 3-D CAD geometry available, and if so, in what format(s)?

Heat Loads:

What are the primary heat sources and heat sinks for your system. For example, "Our generators are often outside—exposed to solar loads—with friction and resistance heating inside, and the primary heat sinks are convection to ambient air and radiation to the environment."

Materials:

What types of materials are expected to be part of your system? For example, "Titanium alloys, copper, and various high-density plastics." Please mark your sketches, images, or prints to show which objects are from various materials.

Surfaces:

What types of surface conditions are expected to be part of your system? For example, "Black painted aluminum and white nylon." Please mark your sketches, images, or prints to show which objects have various surface properties.

Schedule:

What is your schedule for this project—when do you need (preliminary) results?
