Laboratory Testing for Thermal Modeling and IR Signatures

Laboratory testing plays a vital role in overall simulation and model development. In many cases, a subset of a total system needs to be characterized, as in the example of determining the amount of waste energy dissipated by an electronics box. Laboratory testing provides a controlled environment where most of the system parameters can be held constant and a single variable isolated or characterized. ThermoAnalytics provides laboratory testing of components, subsystems, and, in some cases, whole vehicles on dynos or in artificial climates.

Extended Testing Partnerships

Because we are located adjacent to the Keweenaw Research Center and Michigan Technological University, our capabilities are enhanced through shared resources and cooperative agreements. Our testing group consists of engineers, scientists, and fabricators: this cross section of backgrounds provides both a practical and an advanced theoretical foundation for all projects.

Ground Truth for Modeling

ThermoAnalytics is a recognized global leader in thermal and IR signature analysis. We deliver uncompromising quality and provide laboratory testing to generate inputs to thermal and IR models, as well as laboratory validation of model predictions.
