Dr. Corey Packard served as Principal Engineer and Director of Research & Product Management at ThermoAnalytics, where he brought more than 20 years of experience in remote sensing and physics-based simulation, with a primary focus on EO/IR signature prediction. His work also included field test validation, phenomenological investigations, and predicting the behavior of optical sensor systems and high-energy lasers in turbulent atmospheres and from space-based platforms. Prior to ThermoAnalytics, he designed infrared cameras at FLUKE and radar systems at Lockheed Martin. Dr. Packard holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University and a Ph.D. in Atmospheric Sciences from Michigan Technological University.
