GVSETS 2026

August 11, 2026

August 11–13, 2026

Vibe Credit Union Showplace, Novi, MI

ThermoAnalytics GVSETS 2026 marks another year of exhibiting at the Ground Vehicle Systems Engineering & Technology Symposium (GVSETS). The event is hosted by the NDIA Michigan Chapter. This year, you’ll find us at Booth 1017. Our team will be on hand to talk through how physics-based thermal and EO/IR signature simulation supports survivability, signature management, and mission readiness for ground systems.

GVSETS brings together government, academia, and industry professionals. Together, they work to close capability gaps and modernize ground vehicle systems for the U.S. military’s future maneuver concepts, systems, and formations. As a result, it’s one of the most important gatherings of the year for the ground systems community. ThermoAnalytics GVSETS 2026 attendance reflects our continued commitment to supporting defense modernization efforts through simulation.

Visit Us at Booth 1017

Stop by Booth 1017 to talk with our team. We’ll walk you through TAITherm, MuSES, and how coupled thermal and signature simulation can support your program’s modernization goals. Dan Dooge, Key Account Manager, will be at the booth throughout the event. He’s available to answer questions or discuss how our simulation tools apply to your specific systems and requirements.

Craig Makens Speaks on AI-Enabled Modeling and Simulation

As part of ThermoAnalytics GVSETS 2026, Craig Makens, VP of Business Development and Partnerships, will join a panel discussion titled “AI Enabled M&S.” The panel is part of the Modeling, Simulation, Prototyping, and Validation (MSPV) Technical Session.

  • When: Tuesday, August 11, 1:20 PM – 2:00 PM
  • Where: Cornerstone Room
  • Moderator: Dr. Joseph O’Bruba, Data Scientist, U.S. Army DEVCOM GVSC

The panel will explore how artificial intelligence is shaping the future of modeling and simulation practices across the ground systems community. This topic closely aligns with ThermoAnalytics’ ongoing work in physics-based simulation and signature prediction.

About GVSETS

GVSETS provides a forum for the ground systems community. Here, attendees can network, share technical research, and discuss capability gaps and modernization needs. The event includes technical sessions, live demonstrations, and networking opportunities. All of it centers on supporting the U.S. military’s future ground maneuver concepts, systems, and formations.
