Texture Maps for Camouflage
Complex patterns and paint configurations can now be evaluated within our integrated thermal and infrared analysis software.
Every color in a texture map can have an independent surface condition or paint applied and then the solver will automatically compute the sub-element effects. Spectral paint can be used to model a camouflage pattern image and the pattern can be applied to selected components. The paint’s spectral data and parameters are used to solve for the distribution of temperatures and band-specific radiances for the target, and rendered with full target-background interaction.
